Who we are

Our presence as a company providing medical services in the field of tourism has been established by  in 2019 in the area of central and eastern Crete. With steady steps the company upgrades, improves and aims at a high level of provided primary and secondary care services.

How we are organized

With PrimeMD "health comes to your place". We are able to provide high-quality medical services to the patient, whether he is staying in an accommodation (hotel unit, short-term rental apartment, boat) as a visitor in our area, whether he is a permanent resident of the area or an employee of a company.

We also partner with the Prime Health Med diagnostic center, thus ensuring comprehensive care and immediate access to high-quality diagnostic tests and medical services.

What characterizes us

We approach each medical  incident  as unique with empathy and professionalism. We ensure a safe environment, always taking into account the patient's psychological factor, we listen to his needs and guide him accordingly  with the procedures giving him alternatives but also letting him decide on them himself.   Our most general concern is  personalized service of high standards while the challenge for us is to find solutions and cover even the most special requirements of our patients.   It is a continuous effort, which is based in combination on selected scientific collaborators, on medical equipment and on properly trained administrative staff.    Our goal is to provide the best possible service for incidents, both emergency and non-emergency, but at the same time the development of planning and implementation of innovative actions in the field of medical tourism

How we evolve

In 2023 it invests and continues vigorously with a modern newly built medical diagnostic center - Polyclinic, Prime Health Med in the area of the Heraklion Peninsula. The aim is to provide more and more expanded medical health services to patients who want a comprehensive medical check-up. The strengthening of our medical team with new specialties in our area is planned in the short term  as well as investing in advanced technology medical equipment.
